We currently provide comprehensive warranty management & repair services for many large OEMs across a complete range of storage products from Hitachi, Western Digital, Seagate, Tandberg, IBM, Exabyte, Quantum and Fujitsu.

We support testing of all current hard drive interface types SCSI, SATA, SATA2, ATA, and Fibre Channel. Our long tape drive repair and refurbishment process extends to all formats including LTO1, LTO2, LTO3, DLT, SDLT, 8MM and all formats of DDS tape drive.

All products are tested to match or exceed OEM and customer specific test requirements. Our in-house development testing application software gives us the unique ability to provide multi-vendor support without reliance on commercial or OEM supplied testing equipment and software. This anonymity in our tooling gives us complete control and customization of our quality program as well as allowing us to tailor and conduct end-to-end testing and upgrade procedures to meet even the most demanding customer requirements.
