Nortek has been offering DLT8000 repair, refurbish, support and upgrade services since the day Quantum released the drive. The DLT8000 has proven to be one of Quantum's most successful and reliable models ever, and as such, we have refined procedures and extensive parts in stock for virtually every model including the following:

These units can be internal, external or standalone. These units are manufactured for various OEMs including IBM, Dell, Compaq, and Sun. We support all interface types including high voltage differential - HVD, low voltage differential - LVDSE, and Wide SCSI. Some failures the customer may encounter include the following:
